2. The case of extortion and kidnapping for ransom. Recovery of money has also been made. It is stated that the petitioner is ranked as A7. A1 and A2 are notorious criminals.

3. Considering the nature of the offence and its gravity, I do not think that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail at present. Hence, the bail petition is dismissed for the present.
