ORDER

When the matter is taken up today, Mr.S.Gopinathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner has gone to the other department, hence the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous.

2.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
