Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the execution of the judgement and decree dated 14.06.2013 made in O.S.No.37 of 2010 on the file of the First Additional District Court, Erode [in CMP.2212 of 2016] pending [IN AS.172/16]; [ii] To Stay the execution of the judgement and decree dated 14/06/2013 made in O.S.No. 38 of 2010 on the file of the First Additional District Court, Erode [in CMP.2213 of 2016] pending [IN AS.173/16] respectively.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing these petitions and these affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.P.J.GEORGE Advocate for 1stst respondent in both the petitions and 2nd respondent not appearing either in person or by an Advocate the court made the following order:-

In these petitions, interim order of stay was granted on 17.02.2016 for a period of three weeks and subsequently the same has not been extended and the matter has been kept pending till this date. Hence these petitions are closed.

2.Post the appeals on 04.09.2020.
