This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 30.6.2015 and investigate the matter and file the FIR report before the jurisdiction Court, within the time limit fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in respect of the same cause of action, petition enquiry is pending on a complaint lodged by one Nagamuthu, agent of the M.F.C.Transports in CSR No.294 of 2015 on the file of the SubInspector of Police, Ranipet Police Station. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to approach the Ranipet Police for taking appropriate action in CSR No.294 of 2015. The Sub-Inspector of Police, Ranipet Police Station is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.294 of 2015, and during the course of the enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. The Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above directions.
