By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to furnish documents as required by the petitioners in their written representations dated 27.04.2015.

3.An enquiry under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act had been initiated against the petitioners. The petitioners wanted certain documents to effectively defend in the said proceedings. They have given representations dated 27.04.2015 to the second respondent to furnish copies of the documents mentioned therein.

4.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, without furnishing those documents, if they are relied upon, the second respondent cannot proceed with the enquiry. The learned counsel for the petitioners has reiterated that the documents that could be relied on by the second respondent among the documents that are required by the petitioners could be furnished. 5.The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners deserves acceptance.

6.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to comply with the request made by the petitioners in their representations dated 27.04.2015 and furnish the copies of the documents requested for within seven days of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, to proceed in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
