C.M.P.No.8480 of 2023 in S.A.No.1478 of 2007 C.KUMARAPPAN,J.

This second appeal is arising out of the dismissal of the suit for the relief of mandatory injunction. The dismissal was confirmed by the first appellate Court.

2. This application has been filed to implead the proposed petitioners 2 and 3 as a legal heirs of the deceased first appellant.

3. There is no serious objection from the respondents 1 and 2, and the learned Government Advocate for the 3rd respondent has also no serious objection.

Despite the name of the 4th respondent printed, no one is appeared.

Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in S.A.No.1478 of 2007.
