This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry on the appeal dated 13.08.2012 filed by the petitioners and after hearing the petitioners, pass orders within a time frame fixed by this Court.

petition, the 1st respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the appeal dated 13.08.2012 filed by the petitioners, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
