ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The surviving petitioners are petitioner Nos.1, 3 and 5. The first petitioner did not clear the Physical Endurance Test. Petitioner Nos.3 and 5 though qualified in the Physical Endurance Test, they could not go to the next stage of viva-voce as they did not fall within the zone of consideration of 1:2 ratio prescribed.

2. Thus, the writ petition is also dismissed qua these three petitioners. No costs.
