ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 26.02.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 392,307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C R/w Section 5 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908 in Cr.No.1071 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons way laid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.400/- from him and attempted to commit murder on him. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there are four previous cases pending as against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the fact that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner, which reveals that the petitioner is a habitual offender in such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 15/04/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
