ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to transfer the petitioner from sixth respondent School to fifth respondent School and consequently to grant promotion as Junior Assistant based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the fifth respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 30.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
