This petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction Court as District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram instead of Judicial Magistrate-II, Tambaram in Crl.O.P.No.5236 of 2023, dated 08.03.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to extend the time for execution of sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 06.04.2023 to execute the sureties. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.5236 of 2023, dated 08.03.2023 and issue fresh order copy.
