2. It is seen from records that a man missing complaint is pending before the respondent Police in Cr.No.1134 of 2018.
3. The respondent Police is directed to proceed further with the investigation in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in K.Sukumari .vs. The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar and Others reported in [2018 2 LW Crl 636].
