C.M.P.No.8997 of 2024 in W.A.Sr.No.35970 of 2024 M.S.RAMESH, J., and C.KUMARAPPAN, J., (Order of this Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH.J.,) Mr.N.Thiagarajan, learned counsel takes notice for first respondent.

2.Though the learned counsel for the first respondent / workman opposes the petition for condonation of delay, the learned counsel for the petitioner / Management would submit that they have got a fair chance of success in the appeal. 3.We are of the view that if the Management is put on terms while ordering the present petition, the interest of the workman could be protected. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed with a direction to the Management to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as cost to the first respondent herein within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
