This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to issue directions to the respondent Police to file a final report and charge sheet in the above Crime No.117 of 2015, pending on the file of respondent Police, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the FIR is registered in the year 2015. Under such circumstances, this Court cannot issue a time bound direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.117 of 2015.
