Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue an Order, direction or writ in the nature of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the 1st respondent police to produce the body of petitioner's wife viz., Mrs. Vijayalakshmi, aged about 26 years and petitioner's daughter viz., Thevamithra, aged about 4 years, now at the hands of the second respondent , before this Court and set than at liberty.
