O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.164 of 2016, dated 06.01.2016.

2. It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ for the respondent that the entire terminal benefits

including the interest have been paid to the petitioner through ECS and he has also produced a copy of a document showing the payment before this Court for perusal.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the interest amount was not paid.

4. In the light of the document produced by the Standing Counsel, it seems that the interest amount has been paid through ECS. Hence, I find no disobedience of the order passed in the Writ Petition. Therefore, the contempt petition is closed.
