ORDER

The challenge is to an order of detention in No.20139/202223/RS-II, Salem. 2.

When the matter is called, both learned counsel state that the goods in conveyance bearing No. MH 13 CU 6021 forming the subject matter of this writ petition have been released and hence nothing survives in this writ petition. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also states that the penalty imposed under impugned order has been remitted and the order stands accepted.
