This petition has been filed to set aside the order of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent/accused by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.2179 of 2010, dated 15.03.2010.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that since anticipatory bail was granted to the respondent by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, he has filed a petition before the same Court for cancellation of bail. Hence, this petition may be closed.
