O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the first respondent to conduct a proper investigation and not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint dated 07.07.2015.

2. Heard Mr.Karthikei Balan, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is an accused for the offences under Sections 384 I.P.C. altered into Section 397 IPC in Crime No.517 of 2015 and she has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15619 of 2015 on 29.06.2015.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in the anticipatory bail order and during such compliance, the petitioner shall not be harassed.
