BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE SUB INSPECTOR OF POLICE, SALAVAKKAM POLICE STATION, KANCHIPURAM DISTRICT CRIME NO.291 OF 2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M for until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.NO.30965 of 2019 dated 18/11/2019 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30965 of 2019 dated 18.11.2019, directing him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions submits that the petitioner has not complied with the said condition.

4.In view of the fact that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court, this petition for relaxation is dismissed.
