Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner had deceased on 06.05.2021.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, since the petitioner had deceased, the writ petition stands abated.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
