This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 12.01.2024 Crl.O.P.No.320 of 2024 that the petitioner shall report before respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner must continue with the condition.
