Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirukoilur, as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31700 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024.
