A.No.1678 of 2022 A.No.1678 of 2022 in O.P.No.695 of 2021 P.VELMURUGAN.,J This application has been filed by the applicant/respondent to allow the applicant to take the children for short vacation to Bali (Indonesia) and Malaysia from 15th May 2022 to 30th May 2022.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent/petitioner has filed the counter and stated that he has got visitation rights and if the applicant takes the children from India to abroad, he will be defeated from having visitation rights and more so, the children are minors.

3. During the vacation only, the children are moving from India to abroad and that too only for 15 days, ie., from 15th May 2022 to 30 May 2022. Every child would like to go for short tour either within the country or abroad. If the children are allowed to go abroad for vacation, no prejudice would be caused to the respondent. However, permission will be granted only for the above mentioned period. After coming from Indonesia, the applicant is directed to inform her arrival to India to the respondent and thereafter both of them, have to continue their visitation rights. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
