ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents, to

issue electricity connection to the petitioners well in S.F. No. 9/1A4 of Periyakulam Village of Sendamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District, in Consonance with the sanction order dated 30.12.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent.

3. The petitioner has applied for electricity service connection as per Agricultural Normal Target on 17.07.2010, however, vide letter dated 28.09.2021, certain particulars were sought from the petitioner and thereafter, vide proceedings dated 30.12.2025, the second respondent had technically and administratively sanctioned, however, the electricity connection is not provided. Hence, this writ petition.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

5. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondents to issue electricity connection to the petitioner in consonance with the sanction orde dated 30.12.2025 issued by the second respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
