This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2017, wherein and whereby, he sought for permission to install a borewell in his property. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not yet been considered by the respondent.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide on its own merits and in accordance with law.
