..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in the impugned proceedings dated 10.08.2015 in Letter No.001/11871/2012 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to pay compound interest of Rs.3,22,776/- calculated at the rate of 12% per annum for the period from 01.01.2011 to the actual date of payment of retirement benefits.
