ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2015 as well as
reminders dated 07.08.2017 and 10.08.2017 and to take action thereon within a time frame.

Mr.S.Saravanan, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's getting a decree in O.S.No.5849/2014 on the file of the learned V Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, the 4th respondent has not passed any orders on the petitioner's representations dated 12.02.2015, 07.08.2017 and 10.08.2017.

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, the learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the 4th respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 12.02.2015, 7.08.2017 and 10.08.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made on either side and taking note of the fact that the petitioner had obtained a decree in O.S.No.5849/2014 on the file of the V Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 12.02.2015, 7.08.2017 and 10.08.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 5 and 6, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
