CMP Nos.6533,6534 & 6535 of 2022 in Second Appeal No.368 of 2012 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ., These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to bring the legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant along with petitions to set aside abatement and to condone the delay in filing the set aside abatement petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause-title.

5.The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to immediately serve the papers on the learned counsel for the respondent.
