Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the appeal dated 19.03.2010 by the Petitioner and dispose of the appeal within reasonable time.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the appeal dated 19.03.2010.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner was dismissed from service without conducting the process of enquiry. Therefore, the order of dismissal itself is in violation of the principles of natural justice. Against the order of an acquittal, the writ petitioner preferred an appeal on 19.03.2010 and the same has not been considered so far.

3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 19.03.2011 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and the documents along with the order passed in this writ petition.
