Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the 4th respondent herein to register a case based on the complaint dated 12.06.2015 and investigate the complaint, in accordance with law and file final report within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.06.2015 and to investigate the same and to file final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the respondent police have conducted enquiry on the complaint dated 12.06.2015 given by the petitioner in reference No.532/DC/CR/PG/15 and the same is pending before the 4th respondent police.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 4th respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
