This petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay in filing the above Review Petition in S.A.No.619 of 2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent made an objection to allow the present petition.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to allow the present petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for.
