ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the order and decree made in RCA.No.651 of 2012 dated 22.10.2018 on the file of the VIII

Small Causes Court, Chennai which is in the nature of confirming the fair and decretal order passed in RCOP.No.1630 of 2008 dated 29.06.2012 on the file of the learned XI Small Causes Court, Chennai. 2.

When the matter was listed on 10.02.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 13.02.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 13.02.2023, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
