Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigation Officer daily at 10.30a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3642/2022 dated 09.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.VIJAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3642 of 2022, dated 09.03.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that he shall report once in a week, instead of daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
