Seeking a direction to the Second Respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 6.7.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.On reading of the complaint, it essentially appears to be a dispute between partners. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the police to register the complaint.
