The Revision petition is filed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.492 of 2017 in STC No.64 of 2017 dated 20.12.2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Attur, Salem District.

2. This petition seems to have been filed for amending cause title and resulted in dismissal. Against the dismissal, this revision petition is filed. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of this Revision Petition the main case in S.C.No.64 of 2017 was disposed and prays for dismissal of this petition as infructuous.
