W.No.10321 of 2021 V.BHARATHIDASAN, J., (The case has been heard through video conference) This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court by an order dated 13.07.2021 disposed of the W.P.No.10321 of 2021. In paragraph No.4, it has been inadvertently mentioned as "learned Government Advocate" instead of "Government". He would further submit that in the said order, copy was also marked to some other parties instead of the respondents.

3. Considering the above submission, in paragraph No.4 second line, it is ordered to be corrected as "Government" instead of 1/3

"learned Government Advocate " and Registry is also directed to issue fresh copy of the orders to the respondents in this writ petition.

4. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in W.P.No.10321 of 2021 dated 13.07.2021 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner, and forward the copy of the order to the respondents.
