Respondent Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent, dated 24.12.2018 and quash the same and direct the respondent herein to permit the petitioner to run his shop. The prayer in the Writ Petition is for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent, dated 24.12.2018 and quash the same and for direction to the respondent to permit the petitioner to run his shop.
2. Today, the respondent has filed a counter affidavit, whereby it is stated that the trade license of the petitioner was expired on 31.03.2019 and the petitioner has now applied a fresh license.
3. In view of the stand taken in the counter, the present relief challenging the suspension of trade license cannot be adjudicated at this juncture. According to the petitioner, he made an application on 02.01.2019, requesting fresh trading license and the same is pending. It is needless to say that the respondent-Municipality has to consider the said application in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
accordance with law, as early as possible.
4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There is no order as to costs.
