ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the relief sought by the petitioner has become infructuous since the counseling for admission in LLB Degree Course was already over and therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

2. The aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent has not been refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
