ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the complaint dated 12.06.2015, investigate the same and to file final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that the complaint sent by post has been returned with an endorsement "refused". Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the jurisdictional police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
