ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report concerned in Crime.No.721 of 2021, on the file of the 1/4
respondent within stipulated date.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime.No.721 of 2021, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent has registered the FIR in Crime No.721 of 2021, in which, investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 4.Recording the same, the respondent is directed to file the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
