ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the Complaint dated 02.02.2015 preferred by the petitioner, investigate the same and to file charge sheet at the earliest in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.On reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner is residing in the first floor and her sister-in-law's tenant is residing in the second floor. For the incident that had taken place on 08.01.2015, the complaint has been sent by post only on 11.04.2015.

4.Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the police to register a case. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
