ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.Not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the complainant by one Suguna, dated 02.04.2022 has been received by the respondent police and the same has been registered in CSR.No.1102 of 2022 by the respondent police. The petitioners have not responded to the summons issued for their appearance to participate in the enquiry.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they are ready to co-operate with the enquiry and prove their innocence. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders and co-operate with the investigation and on such investigation there shall be no necessity to arrest them. This protection shall be available to the petitioners till the disposal of the CSR pending and if there is any cognizable offence made out, the respondent police shall take necessary action against them.
