Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order of the first respondent in 376/2015, Na.Ka.No.C4/29334/2015 dated 06.05.2015 and quash the same insofar as the order to levy penal rent from the salary of the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to repay the salary recovered from the petitioner in respect of penal rent. ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He had also submitted a letter to the Registry dated 18.02.2022 to withdraw this writ petition.
