ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to issue patta for the land belong to the petitioner by considering her representation dated 28.12.2020.

2. In view of the order is going to be passed in the present Writ Petition, which will not prejudice the interest of the 4th respondent, the notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that, earlier the local body has allotted 3 cents of land to the petitioner for house site in the year 1990 and she has been enjoying the same. However, no patta has been issued to her. Therefore, she has approached the respondents 2 and 3 seeking for patta, and so far the same was not considered and no order has been passed. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and to pass suitable orders on merits in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
