ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the Complaint dated 11.04.2015 preferred by the petitioner, investigate the same and to file charge sheet at the earliest in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.On reading of the complaint, it is seen that the dispute is essentially between the petitioner and the tenant of her sister-inlaw. The allegation made in the complaint relates to an incident, that alleged to have taken place on 08.01.2015 for which the complaint itself only lodged on 02.02.2014. register a case. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
