O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Thiruvallur District Court to consider the petitioner's bail petition on the same day of his surrender in connection with Crime No.64 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

2. It is seen from the records, the petitioner is the 1st accused and he has been charged for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C. the petitioner is a minor and he is studying Diploma in ECE in Government Polytechnic College at R.K.Nagar, Kamaraj Salai, Tondiapet, Chennai.

3. Considering the facts that the petitioner is a student, there shall be a direction to the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Thiruvallur District Court to consider the petitioner's bail application, preferably on the same day of his surrender in connection with Crime No. 64 of 2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of fifteen days from the date on which order copy is made ready.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
