O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 25.11.2017.

2. The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, states that the writ petitioner borrowed a loan to the tune of Rs.1.70 lakhs from the respondent-Bank. However, on account of certain misappropriation of the funds by the Manager https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the Bank, the loan amount was illegally enhanced at the instance of the Bank Manager, who committed an act of misappropriation of funds of the customers. In this regard, a police complaint is also registered and the investigations are going on.

3. Under these circumstances, the writ petitioner claims that the respondents are illegally demanding the loan due amount of Rs.19,64,671/-. In fact, the writ petitioner had borrowed a loan amount of Rs.1,70,000/-. Under these circumstances, the writ petitioner made a representation to the first respondent and the same is yet to be considered.

Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 25.11.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation along with all other relevant documents in relation to the availing of loan along with the order passed in this writ petition.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
