This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore to dispose the proceedings in D.V.A.No.27 of 2016 within a stipulated time. 2.It is seen that the domestic violence complaint was made in the year 2016. Therefore, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore, to complete the trial proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
