Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed that the Petitioner should report before the Respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 am and thereafter the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 1030 a.m., until further orders. in Crl.M.O. No.8142 of 2021 in Crl.O.P. No.10815 of 2021 order dated 23.08.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PONBALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8142 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.10815 of 2021 dated 23.08.2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.
